Follow Through Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) built on a simple belief: the principles that produce a great golf swing — preparation, trust, commitment, and follow through — are the same principles that produce great leaders, strong careers, and lasting community impact.
Year round, the Foundation works to fund underrepresented career pathways, develop the next generation of leaders, and build relationships between decision-makers and the communities they serve.
Net proceeds support underrepresented youth pursuing careers in aviation, business, and beyond, anchored by our partnership with the Fly Compton Foundation.
The Follow Through philosophy, captured in the book A Swing for Life, gives emerging and established leaders a practical framework for intentional living.
Our signature annual event, the Follow Through Golf Invitational, brings founders, executives, and community builders into the same room with purpose.
Follow Through is a recurring executive golf and leadership platform designed to fund underrepresented career pathways while building high-level business relationships.

With a talent for developing groundbreaking concepts, captivating narratives, and distinctive visual representations of footwear, Gentry introduced an exciting fusion of lifestyle footwear inspired by sports, art, and fashion to the footwear industry, launching his own lifestyle brand, Code by Gentry, where he serves as Design Lead and CEO. He remains committed to leveraging the Code platform to support and empower young creatives with valuable experiences and opportunities in fashion and design. A former basketball player himself, his contribution to basketball culture and sneaker culture is revered by athletes and designers around the world, and by everyone who loves Jordans.
